Job Purpose

The Credit Card Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of the bank’s credit card portfolio, with a strategic focus on developing and driving installment plan products.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the credit card portfolio through installment plan offerings
• Analyze customer behavior and transaction data
• Design and launch new installment products
• Collaborate with product, risk, and technology teams
• Work closely with credit risk teams
• Partner with marketing and analytics teams
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external partners

Requirements

Education And Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in credit card portfolio management or consumer lending
• Strong understanding of installment lending, credit risk, and customer lifecycle management
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, SAS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
