About the Opportunity

The Course Portfolio Manager position at Navitas' Careers & Industry (C&I) division involves providing operational leadership for higher education offerings, overseeing project timelines, compliance documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market-relevant opportunities for new course offerings
  • Oversee academic and operational scoping for new course proposals
  • Develop and manage project timelines for course development and renewal
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate internal and external approval processes for compliance
  • Lead business case development for new courses
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated course launches

About You

Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field, experience managing complex projects within higher education, high-level interpersonal and administrative skills, and high-level writing skills are essential for this role.

Eligibility

Leadership experience in higher education operations, deep understanding of Australian higher education regulatory environment, and experience with LMS platforms are desirable qualifications.
