Construction Project Manager (M&E / Engineering Projects)

About the Opportunity

Thomas & Adamson International Ltd (part of the Egis Group) is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Mechanical / Electrical) to join their Special Projects team in Glasgow.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Project Management Plans
• Liaise with key stakeholders to define project requirements
• Prepare tender documents and review tender returns
• Assist with risk assessment and value engineering
• Manage project and contract administration
• Oversee work of sub-consultants
• Participate in professional development activities
• Maintain client relationships

Eligibility

Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant construction discipline
• Demonstrable experience in projects with technical complexity
• Member of / working towards Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent (desirable)
