Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

First Fidelity Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager to facilitate and coordinate functions for retention and expansion of the commercial business clients portfolio. The role involves ensuring loan compliance with regulations, mitigating risk, and maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loan portfolio, including annual loan reviews and asset quality assessments
• Communicate loan requirements with relevant parties
• Submit Credit Memorandums and related documents for approval
• Perform site inspections, prepare loan reviews, and handle special requests
• Track and resolve loan exceptions and delinquencies
• Evaluate due diligence submissions and ensure compliance with policies

About You

Experience Requirements: 15 years of professional work experience, including 10 years in bank-related real estate loan management

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience

Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools; Strong analytical and judgment capabilities

Eligibility

Must represent the bank positively, work outside normal hours, and maintain a professional demeanor. No supervisory responsibilities.
