Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial delivery of pipeline opportunities from portfolio assessment through Operational Launch to successful market execution, ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver all commercial pre-launch activities, including Go-To-Market preparation for new Gx launches.
- Own the commercial launch project plan, driving market research, channel strategy development, launch readiness, and real-time communication across commercial teams.
About You
Proven experience driving growth within the pharmaceutical industry or agency environment across Business Development, Portfolio, Commercial, or New Product Launch roles. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders and confidently present recommendations to senior leadership.
Eligibility
- Practical experience in NHS Gx market across hospital and retail; therapeutic area knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
