Responsibilities

• Co-develop the Tier 3 client strategy with the Sector Portfolio Leader or Regional Sector Executive APAC
• Work with Tier 3 Account Managers to create account strategies and growth plans for strategic growth clients
• Create partnerships with Tier 3 Account Managers to liaise Sector messaging and alignment to Sector strategy
• Support Tier 3 Account Managers to drive identified Tier 3 clients into higher tiers
• Identify opportunities to diversify client accounts and identify new revenue streams

About You

Extensive leadership experience in the Sector in Australia with clear accountability for sales growth, client portfolio performance, and pricing strategy. Strong financial acumen, advanced client insights, and market awareness. Proven success in strategic leadership across complex global organizations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, exceptional relationship building, and mentorship skills. Degree level education in a relevant technical or commercial discipline.
