Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strategically aligned capital portfolio
  • Establish and lead a centralised Retail Capital Portfolio Management function
  • Drive investment governance across the portfolio
  • Oversee delivery of a diverse capital program
  • Leverage business analytics and operational insights for investment decisions
  • Provide portfolio visibility and reporting on performance
  • Manage risk and quality
  • Partner across the business to align priorities
  • Drive disciplined execution
  • Support benefits realization and continuous improvement

About You

Experience in Capital Portfolio Management, project or program management. Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders are essential.

Eligibility

Experience implementing governance or delivery frameworks is required. Additional experience in retail, fuel, convenience, or multi-site environments is desirable.
