About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing top-quality products. They are seeking a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams due to growth into various export markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value projects to modernize production and improve efficiency
  • Manage projects end-to-end from concept to commissioning
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and senior leadership
  • Champion innovative solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance
  • Deliver projects that impact the production of a beloved brand

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven success in delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong engineering or technical background
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Natural leader who excels in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience in machinery refurbishment, installation, and commissioning
