About the Opportunity
Precedent Productions is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Awards Project Coordinator to join our Hurlstone Park team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of awards programs across Australia, working closely with participating businesses, program partners, suppliers, the events team, and management.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a high performing team that coordinates a series of awards programs throughout Australia
- Liaise with awards partners, suppliers, and participating businesses
- Coordinate online promotional materials
- Create and maintain program databases
- Contribute in the planning and delivery of events
- Provide administration and communication throughout the programs
About You
To be successful, you must illustrate the following:
- Examples of relevant experience in any industry, working within a team
- The ability to communicate at all levels with a professional, confident manner
- Strategic experience within your previous roles
- Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to events
Eligibility
Competent use of the following programs is advantageous:
- MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Mailchimp
- Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Dropbox

- Full-time role within Hurlstone Park office
- 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday - Friday
