Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary remote contact for on-site technicians during overnight installations.
  • Communicate activity delays and issues to Project Leads promptly.
  • Ensure installers adhere to schedules.
  • Facilitate connection with Technical Support Representatives as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to document preparation and work orders.
  • Review project deliverables and photos submitted by technicians.
  • Update Master Spreadsheet to track project progress.
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Professional aptitude.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Comfortable working overnight hours.

Experience: 1+ years in a related field

Education: High School Diploma

Benefits

Pay Range: $18.90-$20.43 per hour plus a 15% shift differential. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 3 weeks paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.

Eligibility

Installations occur after business hours and overnight. Candidates must be available to work non-standard hours and support technicians until store closure. Travel: 0%
