About the Opportunity

OpenExchange is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing organization. This role involves supporting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of OpenExchange’s conference services worldwide. The position starts with training and responsibilities as a Video Specialist, where mastering VS skills is crucial for success in the APM role. This is a remote, part-time role with potential for full-time growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with managing information and processes leading up to events
  • Help with staffing Video Specialists for event coverage
  • Organize kick-off calls for Video Specialists
  • Communicate key event points to Video Specialists
  • Prepare "Cheat Sheets" ahead of conference execution days
  • Liaise with clients for event coordination
  • Lead internal team for successful event execution
  • Monitor Helpscout inboxes for event requests
  • Enter events accurately in Salesforce and Central
  • Prepare post-conference analytic reports

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High degree of organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize. Excellent communication skills. Technology savvy with MS Office, Zoom, and Salesforce. Ability to work in a virtual environment with flexibility and energy.
