About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities
- Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers in planning and executing projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Monitor project progress and update timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure project activities comply with company policies and project management standards.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support successful project delivery.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with documentation, reporting, or presentation preparation through academic or personal projects is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
