Responsibilities

  • Daily operations across garages and surface lots
  • Vendor coordination, audits, and enforcement oversight
  • On-site walk-throughs to ensure clean, high-performing properties
  • Support with reporting, revenue tracking, and issue resolution
  • Client and tenant communication — you’ll help build real relationships
  • Tech rollouts including LPR, mobile payments, and access platforms

About You

  • Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through
  • Willingness to work in the field and adapt to changing needs
  • Comfort learning new software and mobile tools
  • Bonus if you have experience in ops, hospitality, parking, or property management — but not required
  • Eager to grow quickly within a tight-knit team of 2–3
