Responsible for the administration-related management system, capable of implementation.Responsible for administrative costs budget, review monthly admin cost, make analysis and continuously reduce administrative costs.Responsible for the development, review, and management of administrative suppliers.Responsible for preparation, review, and management of administrative-related contracts.Responsible for admin-related stuff procurement and inventory management, such as stationery, work clothes, staff welfare, first-aid medicines, cleaning supplies, office furniture, and so on, to ensure that supply the timely and efficient procurement and effective assessment of the integration of suppliers and continued to reduce administrative costs.Completion of monthly requests and review of administrative expenses in accordance with the reimbursement process, such as office rent, utilities, maintenance of greenery, security services, daily drinking water, working meals, cleaning services, shuttle buses, stationery and cleaning supplies.Responsible for coordinating lease negotiations and managing the renovation of different regions officesResponsible for the rental and management of the company's vehiclesResponsible for arranging visitor reception and factory tours.Responsible for contacting and interfacing with government administration、commerce department.Responsible for the supervision of outsourcing drivers, cleaning staff, and security guards.Cooperate with sales and marketing departments in company activitiesOrganize and prepare the company's activities, such as annual dinner, family day, outing, meeting and competition etc.Other works assigned by the Manager.
