About the Opportunity
Position Title: R&D Project Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D Project Manager with project planning, schedule development, and task breakdown.
- Track project execution, coordinate resources, and drive on-time project delivery.
- Organize regular project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track issue lists and resolution progress.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate communication among R&D, product, testing, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure transparent and smooth information flow.
- Assist in managing project risks, changes, and release/version management processes.
- Consolidate project data and prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone project reports.
- Support the team in optimizing project processes to improve overall execution efficiency.
About You
Qualifications:
- Project Management or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or R&D support.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and roles.
- Solid capabilities in documentation writing, data organization, and meeting management.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and proactive in driving tasks forward.
- Proficient in project management and office software tools.
- Basic technical understanding with the ability to quickly grasp product and technical concepts.
