Responsibilities

• Drive student success by leading the delivery of high-quality academic Law programs.
• Champion operational excellence through quality assurance processes and governance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching Academic Leads.
• Oversee portfolio performance and financial sustainability through workforce planning.
• Build and strengthen strategic university partnerships.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities through program innovation.

About You

We need:

• Postgraduate qualification in business, education management, or law-related discipline.
• Knowledge of law education and experience in online and face-to-face delivery of law programs.
• Proven success leading operational teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong people leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills.
