Stakeholders Management: Identifies / analyses main actors involved in the project, establishes communication strategies for their engagement, defines project organization chart, involves regularly customer’s decision makers or influencers in project matters during execution, actively resolves internal conflicts, duly involves management in critical project matters, monitors customer satisfaction
相关人员管理:识别/分析项目主要参与者,建立沟通策略,定义项目组织结构图,在执行过程中定期让客户公司管理层/高层参与项目事务,积极解决内部冲突,让管理层参与项目的关键事项决策,监控客户满意度
Contract Management: participates in RIO meeting, analyses commercial contract, agrees project procedures & documentation for main contractual events, checks & approves project plans / quality procedures / commercial documentation, establishes negotiation tactics/strategies with customer for fulfilment of objectives, identifies risks originating from customer suggesting corrective measures, negotiates claims & contract amendments, agrees with customer financial & administrative closing of contract
合同管理:参加RIO会议,分析商务合同,商定主合同事件的项目程序和文件,检查并批准项目计划/质量程序/商务文件,与客户建立谈判策略/战略以实现目标,从客户建议的变更需求中识别可产生的项目风险,协商索赔和合同修改,从商务与技术方面跟客户协商合同的结束
Job Reporting & Coordination: conducts internal & customer’s kick off meetings, leads regular project review meetings internally & with customer, prepares & presents project report to management, monitors overall performance of project (financial coverage, economic result, timely / quality supply),prepares & publishes job completion report, contributes in lessons learned database

Bachelors in Engineering degree, extensive experience in projects management in automation industry. Knowledge of project management processes
