PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a project management methodology that is used worldwide. It provides a structured approach to managing projects of any size or complexity, and is designed to be adaptable for various types of projects. PRINCE2 certification is issued by AXELOS and is recognised globally.
PRINCE2 benefits many industries including IT, construction, finance, marketing, the public sector, and healthcare. The methodology benefits complex projects with multiple stakeholders and significant risks. By using a structured approach to project management, PRINCE2 can help an organisation to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
PRINCE2 is overseen by AXELOS, a global company specialising in accreditation services. PRINCE2 training courses are only provided by approved organisations, known as Authorized Training Organisations (ATOs). ATOs undergo an extensive screening process to ensure their competency, and are continuously monitored by AXELOS even after being approved.
IPM has been an ATO since March 2023, meaning that our course content and instructors are approved by AXELOS.
