I have now taken the intro to project management & the Certified Project Management Diploma and really enjoyed both courses. Working in the NGO sector I believe all senior managers should have a grounding in PM. I will be recommending this qualification & provider to the managers I support.

The caliber of lecturers is very high and the course content, material and delivery are excellent. I've taken the PMP preparation course and passed on the 1st attempt. The Diploma in Strategic Project & Programme Management was equally excellent with relevant use cases, course work, and high quality lectures over a diverse range of topics.

How do Agile and Scrum differ from one another?

Agile is a “philosophy” encompassing various methodologies and frameworks. Scrum is a lightweight framework that helps individuals, teams, and organisations create value through adaptive solutions for complex problems. Think of it as a collaborative approach where work is broken down into small, manageable parts, encouraging ongoing experimentation and feedback that fosters learning, improvement, and a steady delivery of value. As an agile framework, Scrum provides a flexible framework that enables teams to easily adapt their workflows by implementing key practices tailored to their specific needs.
