Project Manager

Job Purpose

To manage and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.

Key Administrative Responsibilities

Ensure invoicing in timely mannerMonitor, manage and track client Region Age Debt

Key Direct Responsibilities

Support the Account Director in the day to day running of the accountResponsible for assisting with the full order process, sending supplier briefs, working on costings, preparing quotationsManaging the end order process, checking deliveries with suppliers and confirming updated to the clientEnsuring orders are invoiced correctly and in a timely mannerManaging Tracking & Report data for weekly updatesJoining calls with customers alongside the AD to discuss new briefings, updates etcCompetent on Microsoft office applicationsTime management and ability to work to deadlinesProactiveness very important on the accountWorks well independently when set a task but also a team playerWillingness to learn and go the extra mile for our client
