Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Data & Technology Project Coordinator to support a wide range of activities, to ensure smooth operations and efficient working across our clients' accounts and wider agency-relevant initiatives.

We need a highly organised and excellent communicator who will not be intimidated by jargon or demands from stakeholders of all levels, internal and external. Someone who has the confidence to take hold of workstreams and help organise and optimise them.

This position reports to the Project Team Lead within the team and will be expected to work in close collaboration with a wide range of specialists within Data & Technology and wider teams.

Responsibilities

* Provide operational support and bridge the gap between the different teams involved in delivering a project.
* Collaborate with the project manager and key stakeholders to create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, process documents, and meeting minutes.
* Act as the first point of contact for project queries.
* Support and triage requests by ensuring queries are prioritised, resolved and solutions communicated effectively to requestors.
* Manage small-medium-sized projects from end to end, from initiation to closure.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
* Communicate status updates and escalate issues where necessary.
* Track and monitor the progress of works from inception to completion, following up on relevant actions to keep workflow on track.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a positive work experience.
* Monitor and track project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct quality reviews and perform quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
* Support the project lead in facilitating agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

Skills & Experience

* Strong organisational & communication skills.
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to support others in managing their time effectively.
* Exposure to Project Management environment; experience coordinating projects with an Agile methodology, using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Proficiency in Project Management software, preferably with experience using Hive and Jira.
* Familiarity with working across teams which are based in multiple markets.
* Media agency experience or familiarity with modern media operations is a plus.
