Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Asset Manager at Knapp Property Group in Campbelltown, NSW.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

* Arrange and conduct efficient inspections with tenants and contractors
* Manage rent monies, ensure accurate receipting, and handle invoices
* Liaise with contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and timely resolution of issues
* Maintain important registers such as AFSS register, tenant bond, and insurance registers
* Prepare comprehensive property inspection reports for incoming and outgoing tenants
* Enter leases into real estate software, manage accounts payable and invoice reconciliation
* Charge tenants with individual monthly or quarterly outgoings (e.g., water, cleaning, council rates)
* Negotiating lease renewals.
* Preparation and Completion of rental increases.
* Management of arrears, late payment fees, daily trust reconciliation.
* On-site inspections with prospective tenants
* End of month processing and disbursements

Qualifications

* Previous experience in commercial asset management
* Strong understanding of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects effectively and accurately
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License required
* Proficient working with MYOB, Xero, Microsoft Office and Re-Leased would be preferred
