Senior Portfolio Manager

BresicWhitney Balmain are looking for an authentic Senior Portfolio Manager or a ambitious Portfolio Manager with a flare, passion for, and commitment to customer excellence.

In this Property Management role, you will take pride in managing your portfolio with a professional and customer centric approach, as you build strong relationships with both the internal team and external clients.

You may have a couple of years experience as a Portfolio Manager, looking to take the next step in your career or be an existing Senior Manager looking for a new challenge and stimulation, acting as a mentor to a Portfolio Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the general operation of a portfolio
* Developing and maintaining relationships with both landlords and tenants
* Providing sound, knowledgeable advice and guidance to our clients
* Promptly resolving property management issues
* Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections in accordance with company and statutory requirements
* Providing knowledgeable advice to landlords and tenants about rental market trends
* Preparing and delivering submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal on behalf of property owners
* Mentoring and coaching a Property Manager

What you bring to us

* High level written and verbal communication skills
* Previous Property Management experience
* Problem solving and conflict management capabilities
* Solution orientated with an ability to manage difficult conversations within a timely manner
* The desire to be part of the BresicWhitney vision and align to our values of togetherness, courage, honesty, wise judgement, excellence and humility
* Experience using Property Tree is desirable but not essential
* A strong understanding of the Legislation and Residential Tenancies Act 2010
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential) or License
* A drivers license and vehicle
