Job Role: Project Director Location: Frankfurt, Germany Project: Data Centre Length: 8-Month Contract Immediate Start Available I am seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Frankfurt. This is an 8-month contract role, ideal for a senior construction professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall delivery of the data centre project from construction through to handover. Manage client, contractor, consultant, and stakeholder relationships. Oversee project schedule, budget, risk, and quality performance. Drive site teams to achieve key milestones safely and efficiently. Provide strategic leadership and regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre projects. Strong background in construction, project delivery, or programme management. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and Tier 1 contractors. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Ability to work within fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
