Reporting to the Program Director, Property, you’ll combine a disposal-readiness focus with collaboration across HI’s acquisitions and commercial advisory projects. This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for two years period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate. Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. About You You’re an experienced and collaborative property professional who enjoys turning complex property challenges into practical commercial decisions. You bring extensive experience leading transaction programs across diverse property types, including disposals, acquisitions and commercial transactions, from inception to completion. Your expertise spans opportunity assessment, valuation, town planning and due diligence, including procuring and managing specialist advice. You understand NSW Government land transaction, governance and reporting frameworks and can translate technical findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations. You combine sound commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to navigate competing priorities, shifting requirements and complex stakeholder interests. You lead collaboratively, develop your team and maintain integrity and transparency in highly visible property dealings. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential in resolving complex risks and building alignment across senior stakeholders.
