Project Manager

Your Career Lead complex SaaS implementation projects that transform how organisations manage their people and payroll. As a Project Manager at MHR, you'll own customer implementations from kick-off through to go-live, driving successful delivery and building trusted customer relationships. Your Team You'll join an established team of Project Managers, working closely with consultants, Customer Success, Sales and technical teams. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll collaborate across MHR to deliver a seamless implementation experience and strong customer outcomes. Your Impact You'll drive SaaS implementations to successful delivery, ensuring projects remain on track, within budget and well governed. You'll manage scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations while helping customers realise value from their investment. What You'll Bring Proven Project Management experience delivering multiple SaaS implementation projects simultaneously. Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, scope, change, risks, issues and dependencies. Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels. A structured approach to project governance and control, including experience working through formal stage gates and governance reviews. Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach to delivery and outcomes. A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent. Experience implementing HR, Payroll or HCM software would be advantageous. What You'll Bring Proven experience delivering SaaS implementation projects Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and resources Confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels. Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies and delivery frameworks. Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset. Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent essential HR, Payroll or HCM software implementation experience is a bonus.
