Need Project ManagerLocation: Lansing, MIDuration: 12 months- Interview Process: 1st round interviews will be virtual > 2nd round interviews will be in person Lansing, MI.- Duration: 1 year with possible extension- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule.Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (In office work will be Wednesday/Thursday)- Local candidates ONLY - Candidate MUST be within a 90-mile radius of Lansing, MI Minimum Education Level : Associate's Degree Top Skills & Years of Experience: REQUIRED:7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, or similar).Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), secure application development lifecycle (SADLC), and modern DevOps practices.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps Agile lifecycle management tools.Associate's degree or higher.PREFERRED:SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), CSM, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, or equivalent certification.Experience working with debt collection/servicing systems, payment processing workflows, or financial case management platforms.Experience supporting Quality Assurance processes including regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation.Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. The individual working in this position will be working in a cross-departmental environment. The ideal candidate should have an extremely strong Project Manager background with leading teams and negotiating with various Stakeholders and department heads.
