Associate Project Director

About the RoleLead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. You'll be accountable for executing projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards — providing strategic leadership, managing local project teams, and coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects from inception to handover.Provide leadership to project teams and coordinate across departments, subcontractors, and suppliers.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.Act as the primary point of contact with clients, contractors, supply chain, and authorities.Own EHS compliance (Bridge EHS process/policy) and maintain ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.Manage budgets, manpower, and materials to meet project goals.Support site due diligence, land acquisition, and RFPs; maintain full project documentation. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering.15–20+ years' project management experience in mission-critical facilities, with a proven track record on large-scale data centre projects.Strong knowledge of data centre construction, including CSA and MEP applications.Full construction lifecycle experience — mobilization through testing, commissioning, and handover.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and Chinese (read and write).Working Location: Sedenak or Ulu Tiram
