Construction Project Coordinator

📢 WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT COORDINATOR | CONSTRUCTION Company: Vaishnavi Infracon India Pvt Ltd Reporting To: Project Head / Project Manager 🔹 Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities with Project Manager, Site Engineers, contractors, and consultants. Prepare and maintain project schedules, activity plans, and follow-up trackers. Monitor project progress against planned targets and highlight delays. Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire-Fighting teams. Coordinate drawings, revisions, RFIs, technical queries, approvals, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for materials, manpower, equipment, and work schedules. Track material deliveries, contractor commitments, pending works, and inspections. Collect daily/weekly progress updates and prepare project progress reports. Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams and follow up on observations and corrective actions. Coordinate with QS/Commercial teams for measurements, RA bills, variations, and supporting documents. Coordinate client, consultant, architect, contractor, and internal project meetings. Prepare MOMs and maintain action/pending trackers. Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
