We value people who are curious about these evolving capabilities and thoughtful about where they add value, and where human judgment remains essential.Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Model: On-site with flexibility, occasional evening meetings with U.S clientsCommunication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.What You’ll Be DoingAssist with project coordination, including preparing plans, tracking progress, following up on actions, identifying blockers, and keeping project information up to date.Facilitate team ceremonies using established agendas and templates.Turn business requirements into clear decisions, actions, owners, and next steps.Keep Jira, planning boards, meeting notes, and other reports clear and up to date.Help summarize team feedback into small, practical improvements. Follow up with team members when updates, information, or agreed actions are missing.Recognize patterns or warning signals from predefined delivery information and bring them to the team’s attention.What You’ll Bring To The TableMust HaveCommunicate effectively with internal team and external stakeholders in both spoken and written English. Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring activities, deadlines, and follow-ups reliably. Process strong analytical thinking skills and attention to details. Understand how business needs move through the software or technology product development lifecycle.Nice To HaveBasic understanding of Agile, Scrum or other similar methodologies.
