Key Responsibilities Let and vet subcontractor packagesTrack and monitor project budgets and costsCoordinate design and documentationAssist with project programming and coordinationPrepare project reporting, including progress and cost reportingCoordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders About You The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years commercial construction or fit out background and is looking to take the next step in their career.
