THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. This is an important role within our team for an experienced construction professional who understands both the financial and construction sides of residential building. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents and take ownership of project financials, estimating, buyout, and coordination from preconstruction through completion. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and brings a high level of ownership to their work. WHAT YOU’LL DOManage purchase orders and change orders in BuildertrendAssist with project budgets, cost tracking, subcontractor billing, and owner billingSupport subcontractor buyout, including reviewing proposals, preparing subcontracts, and maintaining accurate committed costsDevelop scopes of work, prepare bid packages, and coordinate subcontractor pricingAssist with project estimating and perform construction takeoffs using BluebeamSet up new projects, budgets, and project documentation in BuildertrendReview construction documents and coordinate project requirements with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, design professionals, and trade partners WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably with a custom home builder, residential general contractor, or related tradeStrong understanding of construction project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, committed costs, and billingExperience with Buildertrend or similar construction management softwareStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with Bluebeam, construction takeoffs, and plan reviewUnderstanding of estimating, subcontractor scopes, bidding, and buyoutStrong understanding of residential construction processes and terminologyHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited oversightStrong communication skills and confidence working with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendorsExperience in high-end custom residential construction or luxury remodeling is strongly preferred.
