Contract consulting opportunity for an infrastructure and operations (I/O) Project Manager.Client requirements: Hybrid onsite: 4 days/week in East of St. Paul MetroWork authorization status: US Citizen or GC HolderNo Corp to Corp/C2C, W2 hourly only We are seeking an experienced I/O Project Manager to be a key role in managing and coordinating complex projects, working across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who is comfortable working in a complex environment, managing competing priorities, and driving projects from planning through successful completion.Lead and manage assigned I/O projects from initiation through completion.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across project workstreams.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and project objectives.Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress.Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.Provide clear and concise reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables.Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals and expected outcomes.Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency and effectiveness. QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager managing complex I/O initiatives.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in a complex enterprise environment.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented I/O Project Manager who can quickly step into an active environment and begin making an impact. Should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, building relationships across an organization, and driving accountability without needing extensive oversight.
