What You Will Do Develop and maintain a real-time, comprehensive overview of all automation projects, mapping equipment status and critical design timelines.Manage high-stakes relationships with external vendors, proactively identifying risks and blockers to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing equipment.Partner with internal engineering teams and stakeholders to support strategic decisions on capacity ramp-up and equipment redesign for commercial scaling. The ideal candidate Possesses a strong engineering background, specifically within automation or mechanical engineering, with proven experience managing complex automation projects.Demonstrates exceptional coordination and planning skills, with the foresight to identify dependencies and mitigate risks before they impact the schedule.Has a track record of successfully managing external equipment suppliers and ideally experience moving production from pilot to fully commercial manufacturing.
