Project Coordinator (PMO) – UAE National

We are hiring UAE National talent to join a major digital transformation program in Abu Dhabi, building an enterprise workflow and e-service platform using Microsoft technologies. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager with plan tracking, milestone follow-ups, and status reporting.Maintain risk, issue, action, and decision logs.Coordinate meetings, meeting minutes, and communications with client teams.Track deliverable acceptance, documentation versions, and governance artifacts.Coordinate training sessions and knowledge-transfer logistics. Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent organizational and follow-up discipline.Strong English and Arabic communication skills.Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.Ability and willingness to quickly learn project management tools.Nice to Have:Internship experience within PMO, consulting, or government entities.Interest in building a professional project management career.
