As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our client portfolio, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both clients and candidates. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry trends is essential. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building long-term client relationships will be highly valued. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
