About UsWe are TINK TEAM LTD, a UK-based technology company operating across two domains:Independent PC game development for the Steam platformOur studio is currently running:6 x PC game projects in parallel, focused on 3D gameplay, cinematic presentation, and modern Unity workflowsAs we scale both sides of the business, we are looking for a strong, reliable Project Manager who can bring structure, prioritization, and delivery discipline across mixed technical and creative teams. Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mid–Senior Project Manager who can work remotely and part-time, overseeing:Unity-based PC game development pipelinesMultiple teams working in parallel across 6 game projectsThe role adapts based on experience:Mid-Level PM: Execution-focused, sprint tracking, coordinationSenior PM: Delivery ownership, roadmap planning, risk and dependency management across productsThis is a hands-on delivery role, not a ceremonial PM position.
