About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Client Facing Project Manager to join our team covering Manchester and North Wales on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor
• Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work
• Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case within budget requirements and profit margins
• Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required
• Ensure all project works are compliant with CDM 2015
• Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project
• Ensure EQUANS SHEQ practices and processes are fully embedded in each project
• Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project

About You

We are looking for an experienced, client facing project manager, ideally within experience within the FM industry. A confident communicator able to balance the needs of all stakeholders, client and suppliers.

Candidate required to obtain BPSS clearance prior to commencing.
