Junior Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Speke on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Small works Project Management
• Liaison with relevant parties involved in Projects
• Obtaining quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Following Company and on-site Developments process
• Assisting with procurement of overall plan for works
• Monitoring progress of design, works/construction, and commissioning activities

About You

Key Requirements:

• Understanding of project management principles
• Facilities Management experience
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Eligibility

Technical knowledge within the built environment would be an advantage. Able to effectively manage multiple deadlines. Understanding of the principles of working within a PFI environment (desirable). Knowledge of finance principles within a project environment (desirable).
