About the Opportunity

This position offers the opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Support
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate daily activities between site, design, procurement, and subcontractors.
  • Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Site Coordination
  • Monitor site progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and site engineers.
  • Ensure required materials and resources are available on site.
• Design & Technical Coordination
  • Track shop drawings, GFC drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with Design and BIM teams for revisions and approvals.
  • Support the resolution of RFIs and technical issues.

About You

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, construction, steel, modular/PODs, or manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, document control platforms, and understanding of project planning, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.

Eligibility

Additional Qualifications: Exposure to PMP/PRINCE2 or project management training is an advantage. Basic HSE awareness training is preferred.

Languages: English required. Hindi or Arabic preferred.

Other Requirements: Driving license preferred where operationally required. Willingness to travel and flexibility with working hours.
