Responsibilities

• Manages one or more less complex projects
• Identifies potential project problems or opportunities
• Makes sound decisions relating to assigned project
• Advises/mentors less experienced staff on project management skills

About You

Qualifications:

• UAE National (Family Book required)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Urban Planning, or related discipline
• Fresh Graduates between 2024 to 2026
• 0 to 1 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
