IT Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Great IT projects don't run on luck — they run on great coordinators. We're hiring one. 🚀 InfasME is a UAE-based ECM, intelligent document processing and AI-solutions company and a trusted Hyland partner, delivering digital transformation across the MENA region. As we scale our government delivery portfolio, we're looking for a coordinator who keeps complex projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple IT projects
• Own project documentation — plans, status reports, minutes, risk and issue logs
• Track milestones, follow up on deliverables and keep timelines on course
• Run project meetings, workshops and review sessions with stakeholders
• Surface risks and issues early and escalate to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and third-party providers
• Build dashboards and management reports for senior leadership
• Support budget tracking, procurement and change management

About You

As IT Project Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our project delivery — keeping plans, people, vendors and timelines aligned so projects land on time, in scope and to standard. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders, you'll turn moving parts into smooth delivery.

Benefits

- Solid grounding in project management methodologies
- Hands-on with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or Asana
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Proven experience preparing project documentation and reports
