About Our Organisation

Your New Role

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and ways of working between Business Finance and Portfolio Management teams.
• Manage credit analysis and assessments throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Work in collaboration with the Business Development team to manage customer interactions.
• Engage with Credit to discuss papers prepared and support analysis with evidence.
• Effective use of technology and AI to improve efficiency, quality of analysis, and decision support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking/Finance or Business and/or relevant technical disciplines.
• 6+ years financing experience across business and/or corporate banking or similar.
• Developed financial analysis skills and credit paper preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio balancing the interests of customers and the lender.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
