GWS International Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

GWS Int’l Portfolio Manager manages the organization’s International real estate portfolio strategy and planning to ensure optimal asset performance, network infrastructure reliability, workplace experience, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tactical plans for property site location, negotiation of contracts and leases for the acquisition and disposition of all owned and leased real estate
• Coordinate transaction activities from project initiation through final execution of contract / lease documents
• Support various GWS functions to ensure assets meet operational requirements
• Manage an assigned portfolio of administrative / technical real estate
• Track and report on critical lease event dates
• Manage contract / lease renewals, sub-leases, rent reviews, and other agreements
• Manage real estate projects and lease negotiations
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and economic analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements

About You

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and negotiations simultaneously while maintaining cost and schedule discipline. Proven capability to collaborate with business unit clients and peers. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management. Experienced professional with in-depth knowledge. Interacts primarily within the department, with external partners, and with cross-functional stakeholders.

Eligibility

Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK without restriction at the time of application.

Benefits

Working time: UK business hours with flexibility. Salary Range: £60,400 - £90,600 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
