Full time starting salary is normally in the range £36,636 to £46,049 with potential progression once in post to £48,822
Grade: 7
Full Time, Fixed Term contract up to September 2027

UK travel may be required for this role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver the designated area’s strategies to optimize student recruitment
  • Manage budgets and commission plans and activities to meet agreed recruitment targets
  • Build strong relationships with academic areas to support recruitment efforts
  • Represent the designated area in key meetings and forums
  • Provide market insight and strategic recommendations on audiences, products, targets, and pipeline
  • Ensure the designated area’s education offering is positioned and promoted effectively
  • Lead the designated area’s program of on-campus, online/digital, and CRM activities for attraction and conversion
  • Champion the University’s strategic ambitions and brand among all stakeholders

Eligibility

Required Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent qualifications) plus relevant practical experience
  • Substantial marketing and/or sales experience in product management
  • Experience of planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience of working with and understanding CRM systems
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and market research
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Team player who can also work independently
