About You

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Experience working on or coordinating business or IT projects
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on results
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an international or complex business environment
  • Previous experience supporting software or IT delivery projects
  • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or MSP
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of multiple small and medium-sized IT and business change projects
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure appropriate actions are taken
  • Produce project documentation, status reports, and governance updates
  • Support resource planning and help balance project requirements with business-as-usual activities
  • Assist with project budgeting, business cases, and benefits realization planning
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and quality reviews, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Sponsors, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and delivery partners
  • Support change management activities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
