Responsibilities

• Collating reports for the leadership team and create standardized formatting for reporting purposes
• Management of ACC and Sharepoint file structure for consistency
• Creating detailed project notes and meeting minutes
• Produce reports for the Project Managers and the Senior Leadership Team
• Monitor and process project budget data

About You

Experience:

• Managing projects in SAP, ACC, CEM and PowerBi
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Interpreting data and producing reports

Capabilities:

• Well organized and attention to detail
• Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Forward-looking and proactive
• Strong Drive to Deliver and Good Communication

Eligibility

Qualifications:

Required:

• Excellent level of IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• GCSE or equivalent English, Maths
• Good problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Full UK driving license
• Understanding project programs, change controls, and links to SDO
