About The Role

In this customer-focused role, the Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects for clients ranging from SME’s up to enterprise-scale environments.

You need to be credible in delivering technical solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, cloud, workplace, security and digital transformation initiatives, you will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring agreed business outcomes, project milestones, budgets and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

As the key point of contact for clients, you will coordinate and manage the delivery of multidisciplinary technical teams, including senior consultants, architects and specialist engineers. You will be expected to take a dynamic and agile approach to project delivery, adapting plans and priorities as customer requirements evolve while maintaining strong governance, clear communication and delivery momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from initiation and planning through to implementation, transition and project closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed scope, quality standards and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, resource plans and status reporting.
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies and governance frameworks to maintain delivery control while remaining flexible to changing customer requirements.

About The Person

Excellent collaborator and team player who is keen to share knowledge and support the growth and reputation of the Project Management team. A driven self-starter who takes pride in their work with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of urgency. A keen interest in new technologies with a thirst for continually developing your skills. An ability to think strategically and include contingency within planning. Ability to follow business procedures (such as weekly highlight reporting and project tracking).
