Join The King's Trust at an exciting time as we deliver two major recruitment projects that will directly support our mission to help young people build brighter futures. As Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator, you'll play a central role in helping us attract, recruit and onboard exceptional talent at pace, supporting a major employability programme with the ambition to reach 1 million young people. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly, efficiently and delivers an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
This fully funded role runs until 31 March 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK.
You'll Thrive In This Role If You:
We're particularly interested in people who can hit the ground running from backgrounds such as recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, people operations, project coordination, customer service, or high-volume administrative environments. Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, organizational change programs, or using applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors will be an advantage, but most importantly you'll bring outstanding organizational skills, strong communication, and a passion for delivering great experiences while contributing to work that makes a real difference to young people across the UK.
Equal Opportunities
Here at The King's Trust, we're committed to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. We want to be an organization that's representative of the communities we serve, which is why we strive for diversity of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, and sex. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone, from any background, can be themselves and do the best work of their lives.
We are looking for people who can bring different perspectives and experiences and especially welcome applications from those who are underrepresented in our organization and sector, such as candidates from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
The King's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of this commitment, we undertake basic disclosure checks in accordance with the Codes of Practice for all roles within the Trust, and for our roles working directly with young people, at an enhanced level. Having a criminal record will not automatically exclude applicants.
We prefer to hire people directly, but we do have a preferred supplier list for when we need a helping hand. We'll be in touch directly if we need you!
