Associate Risk Manager / Project Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the risk management lead for high value projects and programmes
• Engage with project teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management
• Provide direct risk management input to bids and proposals
• Perform risk assurance checks for project quality
• Communicate key risk management data to senior leaders
• Produce comprehensive risk reports
• Coaching and mentoring staff in risk management best practice
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and prioritization
• Develop Risk Registers, Management Plans, and Mitigation Plans
• Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis using techniques like Monte-Carlo
• Design and implement risk management frameworks
• Support project controls, scheduling, and change management teams

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in primary markets along with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or risk management qualification
• Proven experience in multi-discipline project environments
• Proficient in Industry Risk Management tools
• Experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis
• Competency in Risk Management processes aligned with industry standards
• Experience managing a team of risk professionals
• Flexibility to travel and work in different sectors
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management
